From plan to handover
Silvaworks specialises in technical application management. I support organisations in projects where applications and their infrastructure change: as project lead, as adviser, or as a specialist who carries out the technical work.

Application infrastructure migration
Moving applications to new servers, another data centre or the cloud requires careful preparation. I map out what needs to move, draw up a migration plan and coordinate the execution or carry it out myself, so that services are disrupted as little as possible.

Technical (sub-)project leadership
In larger projects I lead the technical part, alongside or reporting to the project manager. I translate project goals into technical activities and make sure every party involved knows what is expected of them.
